ZARIF Overview --- >> Project Activities

CR vo všeobecnosti predstavuje približne 10 % svetovej ekonomiky. Cestovný ruch je, tak ako i v minulosti, dôležitým ekonomickým, spoločenským a environmentálnym fenoménom. Cestovný ruch patrí k najväčším zamestnávateľom vo väčšine krajín a taktiež zabezpečuje rýchly nástup do zamestnania mladých ľudí a žien. Cestovný ruch v Európe je rozrastajúce sa odvetvie, ktoré je v súčasných globálnych ekonomických podmienkach podstatné - ako neustále zdôrazňuje Komisia. Podľa posledných štatistických údajov je miera zamestnanosti žien v tomto sektore je 46 %, čo len zdôrazňuje jeho význam. Existuje veľa neaktívnych žien, ktoré nepracujú, ani sa neuchádzajú o zamestnanie pre rodinné povinnosti.

Napriek tomu, že majú prirodzený "talent" v kombinácii so skúsenosťami, sú stále najviac znevýhodnenou skupinou nezamestnaných, pretože pre ne nie je jednoduché znovu vstúpiť do pracovného života, a pritom je v cestovnom ruchu deficit takejto prirodzene zručnej pracovnej sily. Konkrétny cieľ tohto projektu je podporiť, motivovať, vyškoliť a poskytnúť kapacity, znalosti a zručnosti neaktívnym ženám z rôznych partnerských krajín, aby začali sľubnú kariéru v cestovnom ruchu tým, že sa zamestnajú v miestnom cestovnom ruchu a budú dobrým príkladom v tejto problematike. Je dôležité zlepšiť a zdokonaliť zručnosti neaktívnych žien, pretože trpia nedostatkom sebadôvery voči svojim profesijným schopnostiam a myslia si, že sa už nič nové nemôžu naučiť. ZARIF túto cieľovú skupinu povzbudí, aby prispela k svojim vlastným skúsenostiam prostredníctvom vzdelávania sa, a podarí tým, že ženy rôznych krajín a regiónov budú v kontakte s inými ženami v podobnej situácii. Cieľom projektu je taktiež rozvíjanie schopnosti neaktívnych žien pracovať tímovo, komunikovať pomocou IKT a byť aktívnou i v budúcnosti prostredníctvom 7 tréningových modulov s inovatívnymi a užitočnými nástrojmi - e- learningu pre individuálne štúdium.

e-Mentor - Entrepreneurship Mentoring for Young Graduate Women

The idea is primarily based on professionalizing the youth work force, developing their competences for encouraging and supporting them to become entrepreneurs, if they are in a position to take over their family business or if they are willing to start up a new business. e‑Mentor is developing a model and testing the idea by bringing in youth initiative from partner countries to put their ideas into practice through our e‑Mentors’ professional guidance; also furnishing them with entrepreneurship and mentee training through partner universities and VET representatives in the consortium. This mentee training to include both the basics of entrepreneurship financial tools/systems in order to make various financial decisions effectively themselves; and ways of receiving an efficient guidance from their mentors; also making clear the concept of mentoring support.

BeEurope - Increasing employability of Mentoring for better life & better harmony in society - the healthy integration of young women in Europe

The concrete aim of BeEurope project is to develop a comprehensive mentor training program in a way that ultimately, potential mentors will be trained step-by-step regarding how to lead women's way. The aim is to train well backgrounded mentors for supporting young female mentees, refugees or Roma, possibly teenage moms, in their own health care, child care and employability dimensions to foster their integration in to their new societies. Thus mentors will give insight about the fundamentals of actual life and prepare for mentees through overcoming their difficult situations by helping them to acquire the necessary knowledge, skills and confidence and mindset. Also, a mentor who knows the migrancy conditions provides insights into local practices, and opportunities is an invaluable resource for young woman who are seeking for better survive. At the end of the mentor program, mentees will be able to regulate their own lives and be healthier and faster integrated to their new societies.

ip4women - Integrated practical e-training & e-guiding for innovative women for facilitating their patent applications

The idea focuses on “women” mentors and “women” patent applicants in IPR scope; because of the big gender gap in patent applications, i.e. big difference of female and male patent applicants. ip4women is an innovative concept and methodology, and has been designed to promote innovativity and women inventors in all its various dimensions; by effectively using ICT based tools, also bearing participatory governance dimension by means of cascaded feedback mechanism for continuously improving the e-training and e-mentoring systems. Last but not least, ip4women, by its core definition, supports research and innovation activities.

FlexTour - e-Training of Inactive Women for Flexible Employability in the Hotel Industry & Gastronomy

The concrete aim of FlexTour project is to provide e-training program for inactive experienced (in business/working life) women to be able to enter/re-enter labor market especially in flexible form of employment in the field of Hotel Industry and Gastronomy as 'mentors', so that, they will do 'mentoring' to other inactive women ('mentees') including youth, migrants and Roma people, who will start part-time (flexible) working in tourism field, who can be low educated or good educated, but willing to have an flexible form of working, and an employment opportunity in Hotel Industry and Gastronomy.

@theEUAGORA - Young Retailers Competitive in Europe

The @theEUAGORA project aims to create an online training and knowledge platform particularly addressing young entrepreneurs in the retail sector aged between 18-30 years old, who are about to inherit or are in the first couple of years of running a family business in the retail sector. All training material will be OERs with game-based elements available for e-learning and m-devices supporting ICT-based training, using specific authoring software and translated in all partner languages, accessible through the platform. Guest access will be available and connection with other OER databases will be made. A pedagogical methodology for training the above will be created in cooperation with VET and Educational providers. This platform will work as a “e-survival guide” to support target group in their business lives.

ID-Women - Increasing employability of women with physical disabilities and inactive women via integrated e-training & e-mentoring

The aim of this project is “to train inactive women as e-mentors and consequently support micro-entrepreneurship of women with physical disabilities by means of e-mentoring, so that they can work from their home”. Thus project focuses on inactive women bearing a strong potential to become a mentor and addressing women with physical disabilities, having mobility restrictions as potential future mentees, who are aiming to work from their home as a micro entrepreneurs. Project's e-training program targets inactive women to become and work as e-mentors, hoping potential e-mentors to enjoy and benefit from project's e-learning programme.
